Wing Chun's third form is when you feel like you're in a really bad place and time. That's when we usually bring the third form applications in. When adrenaline is involved, pain tolerance is really high, therefore your techniques may not finish the fight if your success depends on causing pain to your opponent. You have to get into his center and disable his defensive lines and offensive moves.
